Postcard: Encourage Someone
009-PENCO
- Description
This postcard really reflects our heart for the whole of the Encouragements project. Hebrews 3:13 speaks about how we are to "encourage one another daily, as long as it is called "Today,"". We know the power of an encouraging word, and we're called to do this daily.
Our prayer as you give this postcard is that your recipient feels encouraged and is, in turn, encouraged to encourage someone else (see the master plan here!). We love equipping communities with humorous ways to bless each other and helping us all live out Hebrews 3:!3 together.

002-PSALT
This teal retro postcard is a fun reminder that we, as Christians, are called to be salt and light within our communities. We can so easily forget that this means we're to be different and to make a difference.
In the New Testament, Jesus says in Matthew 5:13-16 that 'You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?'. Salt is a preservative and seasoning that does need to be used - to be shaken - onto meals and food in general.
This postcard was made as an encouragement to carry on being 'salty' in your situation and spreading the love of Christ.
Our prayer as you give this postcard is that your recipient is encouraged to be salt and light. That they would know the difference they can make and the impact they are having, whether they realise it or not!

003-PCOFF
This caffeine inspired postcard is a fun take on Proverbs 17 which speaks about 'a friend loving at all times'. We can all say that we want friends like this, but in reality that looks like loving each other in every mood/situation/time of the month.
This means we love our friends before they've had their morning coffee, with bed hair, with PMS, with all their struggles, with all their funnies.
Our prayer as you give this postcard is that your recipient knows they are loved by you, at all times, and then in turn they are encouraged to love others like this. In Acts, it talks about how people 'saw the love between them' in the early church, and 'praised God'. This is our prayer for you and your community, that you would love radically - with or without coffee - but sometimes a coffee does help!
